Mae and Bailey were born almost on the same date. Mae January 5th and Bailey January 7th. Their moms were friends before Both Mae and bailey were born. Their moms met at a Horse back riding work shop in Calgary. They stayed in touch with each other for a while. When they kept writing back telling each other about their pregnancies and trying to decide names Mae’s mom and dad moved out to B.C. where Bailey’s Family lived.

After finding out that their due dates were the same they began to do everything together. After Mae. A little blond was born 2 days after a little brunette girl was born. They grew up together. They talked about boys and everything a normal teenager would do. They began to feel like sisters. Something Mae or Bailey didn’t have. Mae grew up in a family with 3 brothers, Bailey and only child. Both of Mae's parents were lawyers as well.

A few years later Mae's mom and one of her brothers passed away in a tragic car accident taking many life’s. Bailey and her family attend the funeral. Mae was grieving badly. Bailey did everything she could to try and cheer Mae up but nothing helped. Taking a leap Mae took a summer off work and went to a high skilled soccer camp. Bailey tried to convince her to stay but Mae said she had to do it. Once at her camp Mae liked it so much she stayed in a near by town and took a scholarship with a soccer program.

Bailey Stayed back and when she found out that Mae wasn’t going to be coming back She cried for a few days but still got on with her life. Bailey kept writing but Mae didn’t reply much she was too busy. Bailey traveled out to Calgary to take a equestian school hoping one day to be a champion show competitior. Later in the year, it seems as if history repeated itself, like before both mom's did everything together, everything the same. Baileys mom passed away from Cancer that hadn't been found before. Bailey dropped out of colledge and decided to compete at top level. Bailey was later in a show jumping accident that almost took her life, so she decided to become a riding instrucor.

At the same time Mae was in the same hospital because she had broken her ankle playing soccer. After being realised on the same day they toldeach other their news and decided to start their own riding and soccer school. Naming it Silent Springs Academy.
